Thanks! I didn't know, but the whole focus of the city is to empower the people to own and control their environment. Even the graffiti says it, so it makes sense that they would open with that song.

It really was, Dorine. Cocktails & crepes at the press conference, the light & music display, then a drive around the city before a gala cocktail party on the rooftop with a view over the whole city - Spectacular!
