Let's get this straight...when you go to Busch Gardens you can erase any notion of this being a regular amusement park. It's more than that—it's a good old fashioned theme park and the theme is Europe! As you enter Busch Gardens, grab a map and roam through Europe (old-country style).

The kids will enjoy reading the map and
going from country to country via skyride, train, or on foot. You can even take a boat-ride down the Rhine River. Best of all, if you like to experience you culture through gastronomically, in each country you'll find some multi-cultural fare for the famished.

In England, try some fish and chips and take a stroll around the town square. In Scotland, take a quick spin on the Loch Ness Monster, Busch Garden's legendary yellow coaster over 30-years old.
In Ireland taste the tender Pork Loin with Red Onion Marmalade at Castle O'Sullivan, Celtic-Dine complete with a buffet of Irish food. If the food wasn't enough, your hike to Ireland will be well worth it when you experience the park's newest attractions  — Europe in the Air. If you don't know what to expect, you will be pleasantly surprised as you get an aerial view of Europe, flying through clouds, over beautiful terrain, castles, and landmarks. This one you have to ride to believe!  (Read the rest of this article on the Multi Cultural Cooking Network by clicking here.)
