Judith: White Zin is not a Rosé but a Blush wine, and the method used to make it is not very well respected among wine experts. And, once you have other sweet whites, it'll feel like cool-aid. If you like sweeter wines, try some German whites, like Riesling, Liebfraumilch, and my favorite: Gewurztraminer. I'd say buy at a wine shop, and ask the folks to point the sweeter ones to you.
After cutting up the fruit (I would add more oranges), we add the sugar and we left it for one hour or two, DO NOT ADD JUICES, the sugar makes the fruit spreads all the juice they contain, After that add the wine, we don't tend to add rose wine, we usually use white wine, but it depends on you, it may be a cold drink with alcohol
The real name is Clericó (without the t at the end). There are many great drinks, I will write some of them later kind regards
